Theres a great world outside secondlife (no Im not kidding). Only bad thing is theres an ocean between us. Using the Internet we share parts of it and Im so happy we do. [0:16] DonMartin Forcella: I am from Sweden, land of the Vikings. We have a myth here. The Myth about Odin and Freya. In a way I have lived in that myth with my beloved Chandra.

Odin lived in Midgaard and he loved his promiscuous Freya, but he was a little bit of a flirt himself. Being tempted away by warmer climes, he headed south and left her out in the cold.

Freya was terribly upset and searched high and low for her missing husband, weeping golden tears as she went. When her teardrops hit the ground they hardened into golden nuggets - and that's where the world's gold comes from. Not to mention amber.After many months she eventually found him in a distant land sunbathing under a tree. As soon as he saw her, his heart softened. And after that he never left her.

In the year 2007 I entered Second life. Not knowing what to find but as a searcher and a hunter. For months I crossed up and down in SL. I found many promiscuous women. But no one had the right spirit. I found other women too and I am proud to count them as my friends.

After many months I finally found my goddess at Solana beach. It was you Chandra.
elt you were something very special and it was way more than your outfit. Since that day I stay by your side.

Last Day at New Croyland - the video

Don have to leave SL for RL. The man behind the avatar is sad and happy the same time. Sad because his wonderful days at New Croyland and with the remarkable lady Chan must come to an end. Happy because he have found a friend, the best woman he ever met. And sad again due to the distance in miles between them.

It lasted more than a year. A long time in SL. Its been a year filled with joy, love and laughter. Not to mention all the giggles he has heard. (Love you for that Chan L).

This blog will end too. We have recorded when Don and Chan danced a Club V and New Croyland today. The video need some hours to get ready. It will be the last published.

Everything started good this day. Midnight Reflections... a place to walk, talk and love. Chan got hungry and wanted some sausage. Should be organic and meat from known land of origin.

I'm sure the words gives you some thoughts and feelings. Word means alot, if spoken. Don always come back to the basic question... why does he love Chan that much? Is it because shes pretty? She is. Is it because shes smart? She is. Is it because shes fun? She is. Is it because shes so damn sexy? She is.

But Chan is much, much more.

Don is always "comfy" and "safe" in her company. And why? She can talk and explain what she likes and dislikes. So important when you explore new territories and areas of your self.

It was quite chocking, yesterdays, Friday. New Croyland is now New Crowdland. Visitors en masse: Sum, Loo, Jarval, Parnay, Chan and Don :-))

Chan was happy to see friends, Don too. But the Parnay girl... she was silent. Was she sending personal IM:s to Don. Was the old seductress working on him again?

And when Don was gone... Jarval kissed Chan!!!!

Jack Ketch -- The hangman. To dance with Jack Ketch is to hang.
Jack Tar, or tar -- A sailor.
Jollyboat -- A small but happy craft, perhaps even one which is a little dinghy.
Jolly Roger -- The pirates' skull-and-crossbones flag. It was an invitation to surrender, with the implication that those who surrendered would be treated well. A red flag indicated "no quarter."
Keelhaul -- Punishment by dragging under the ship, from one side to the other. The victim of a keelhauling would be half-drowned, or worse, and lacerated by the barnacles that grew beneath the ship.
Kiss the gunner's daughter -- A punishment: to be bent over one of the ship's guns and flogged.
Lad, lass, lassie -- A way to address someone younger than you.
Landlubber or just lubber -- A non-sailor.
Letters of Marque -- Papers issued by a national government during wartime, entitling a privately owned ship to raid enemy commerce, or even attack enemy warships. Early letters of reprisal were issued to merchants to make it legal for them to counter-raid pirates! A ship bearing such letters, and operating within their limits, is a privateer rather than a pirate . . . that is, a legal combatant rather than a criminal and murderer. The problem is that letters of marque aren't always honored, even by the government that issued them. Captain Kidd had letters of marque; his own country hanged him anyway.
Lights -- Lungs. A pirate might threaten to "have someone's lights and liver."
Line -- A rope in use as part of the ship's rigging, or as a towing line. When a rope is just coiled up on deck, not yet being used for anything, it's all right to call it a rope.
Lookout -- Someone posted to keep watch on the horizon for other ships or signs of land.
Maroon -- A fairly common punishment for violation of a pirate ship's articles, or offending her crew. Me -- A piratical way to say "my."
Me hearties -- Typical way for a pirate leader to address his crew.

No quarter! -- Surrender will not be accepted.
On the Account -- The piratical life. A man who went "on the account" was turning pirate.
Piece of eight -- A Spanish silver coin worth one peso or 8 reales. It was sometimes literally cut into eight pieces, each worth one real.
Pillage -- To raid, rob, and sack a target ashore.
Pirate -- A seagoing robber and murderer. Contrast with privateer.
Poop deck -- The highest deck at the aft end of a large ship. Smaller ships don't have a poop; the highest part aft is the quarterdeck.
Port -- (1) A seaport. (2) The left side of the ship when you are facing toward her prow.
Poxy, poxed -- Diseased. Used as an insult.
Privateer -- A ship bearing letters of marque (q.v.), or one of her crew, or her captain. Thus, she can only attack an enemy ship, and only in time of war, but does so as a representative of her country. A privateer is theoretically a law-abiding combatant, and entitled to be treated as an honorable prisoner if captured.
Prow -- The "nose" of the ship.
Reef -- (1) An underwater obstruction of rock or coral which can tear the bottom out of a ship. (2) To reef sails is to shorten them, tying them partially up, either to slow the ship or to keep a strong wind from putting too much strain on the masts.
Rope's end -- another term for flogging. "Ye'll meet the rope's end for that, me bucko!"
Rum (noun) -- Traditional pirate drink.
Rum (adjective) -- Strange or odd. A "rum fellow" is a peculiar person, the sort who won't say "Arrrr!" on Talk Like A Pirate Day.
Sail ho! -- "I see a ship!" The sail, of course, is the first part of a ship visible over the horizon.
Salt, old salt -- An experienced seaman.
Scuppers -- Openings along the edges of a ship's deck that allow water on deck to drain back to the sea rather than collecting in the bilges. "Scupper that!" is an expression of anger or derision: "Throw that overboard!"
Scurvy -- (1) A deficiency disease which often afflicted sailors; it was caused by lack of vitamin C. (2) A derogatory adjective suitable for use in a loud voice, as in "Ye scurvy dogs!"
Sea dog -- An experienced seaman.
Shanty -- Another spelling for "chantey" - a sea song.

And Chan is a skilled cook too. Today she had craft beer and a hunk of smoked Bosk. Yummy, just what a Master needs after a day in RL.

The good food made them survive a hard day in Kingdom of Sand. Hard to walk there. And there was a slave auction going on. Don leashed his Kajira and walked with one hand on his hilt. Storm was the slaver. No one touched or insulted the Princess.

This was really something! Fun. But Don was/is depressed. He lost his co, co... co.... Its not under its normal name in Inventory, nor in Lost and Found. Clear cache in network preferences didnt help either. He was happy this wasn't his first date with Chan. Omg! so embarrassing.

Chan was sweet and kind. But Don thought he heard someting... "I need it as much as him. oh man!!!"

Anyway Chan rushed for a phone box, called 911, then started to search floor, tree house and more for the co, co... co´...

In SL there's an island called Life is Good. Great place...birds... nests... plants and an art gallery. Great paintings really.

Can a man wish more? Don is fully convinced... there's no greater woman in SL or RL. Chan is so full of love and she give it to Don, day by day.
Today is a celebration day. 23 of May they become partners. 5 month :) now :)))

Nearby the cave at a ocean sprayed shore, Chan had set a table. There was cheese, craft beer and champagne

Hard day in SL. New creek at New Croyland. Bridge needed. Instead of a pre-build 20 prim bridge they made one themselves. Is 9 prim = low prim?

Rune stone rezzed at New Croyland.

The very second Donny saw the new stone Chandra came online. Was it magic? Was it the power of Gods? The stone must be very powerful. Its Freya's stone, suddenly emerging from ancient times.

In RL, not far from Don theres a Freja stone "rezzed". The stone was erected aprox year 1000 a.c.

Chan is on a vacation. Living outdoor life.
A RV is fine, but so is an open fire. Fall makes colors come back, for a while, and the air is fresh. (The connoisseurs of The Myth know what fresh air can bring out ;-) )
Don use the weekend, trying to understand how Chan feel. How can a woman like her be a warrior and a slave at the same time. Is independence and submitting consistent? Its new to him. But during 9 months he have learned a lot. He found a verse that might say what he have explored:

Chan is away. Don is sitting by the fire, guarding the island. This day started in pyjamas. But the RL phone stopped the dream for some hours.

At their office there's a new desk and chair. But today is cuddling and PJ day :)

At Birka and "Home of Freja" Don found a necklace with a symbolic Freja. From now he will wear it day and nite. He will never take it off.

Halloween is moving closer. Witches seen at New Croyland. Donny crashed 10 times today. Is the dark force gaining in power? We don't know. But in hearts of New Croyland residents there's a warm light shining. Don and Chan fears nothing. Still building and furnishing their home. Tomorrow will be a homebodies day.

Next to their cave a new wilder shore is created, with waves and ocean spray. On top of the cave, both Princess and Prince will sit next Tuesday. Enwrapped in new cloaks they will breast the wind. Finding love and peace.

Donny and Chandra found oil today! omg New Croyland is full of it. Chan danced in her happiness and Don was so pleased. Fall is here and winter is coming. New rugs and fur can help them keep warm. Fireplaces and oil too ;-)

When Don arrived today, he found a path of rugs leading to the dock. As the explorer he is he followed the trace. And he wasn't disappointed. What he found? We cant tell you. The Prince and Princess needs some privacy.
